Introduction

Acid Resistant Castable is a specialized monolithic refractory material designed for industrial equipment exposed to acidic media, acidic gases, and chemical corrosive environments. It is mainly produced from acid-resistant refractory aggregates, powders, sodium silicate (water glass) or other acid-resistant binders, combined with suitable additives.

The material provides good resistance to acid corrosion, chemical attack, and moisture penetration. Its dense structure and stable bonding system help protect equipment linings in environments containing acidic gases, chemical liquids, and corrosive substances.

With good mechanical strength, thermal stability, and acid resistance, Acid Resistant Castable is widely used as a protective lining material for chemical, petrochemical, metallurgical, and other industrial equipment operating under acidic service conditions.

Different formulations can be supplied according to operating temperature, chemical environment, corrosion conditions, and specific equipment requirements.
