   PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Introduction

Alumina Magnesia Refractory Castable is a high-performance monolithic refractory material manufactured from high-alumina bauxite clinker, corundum, magnesia, alumina-magnesia spinel, and other high-quality refractory raw materials, combined with suitable binders and additives.

Designed for high-temperature industrial applications, this castable offers excellent thermal shock resistance, slag corrosion resistance, volume stability, and mechanical strength. It is suitable for severe operating environments involving rapid temperature fluctuations, molten steel contact, slag attack, and abrasion in metallurgical and industrial furnace applications.

With a dense microstructure, high-temperature stability, good abrasion resistance, and resistance to slag penetration, Alumina Magnesia Refractory Castable provides reliable protection for furnace linings and high-temperature equipment exposed to demanding service conditions.

Sunrise supplies various grades of Alumina Magnesia Castable, including alumina-spinel and corundum-spinel series, which can be customized according to furnace design, operating temperature, chemical environment, and specific application requirements.

Features
