   PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Ceramic balls are high-purity alumina grinding media. Named for their high alumina content, they are classified into multiple series, including 90#, 92#, 95#, and 99#, according to different AlO concentrations, to meet diversified industrial grinding and high-temperature service requirements. Mainly composed of alumina and silica, with trace contents of sodium oxide, calcium oxide and magnesium oxide.

Ceramic balls integrate high mechanical strength, extreme hardness and superior wear resistance. Featuring high specific gravity, small volume, excellent high-temperature stability, and chemical inertness, they cause no pollution to raw materials. Owing to these comprehensive advantages, they are widely applied for fine grinding and deep processing of dense and hard materials in ceramics, glaze, glass and chemical industries.

Advantages

Ceramic balls possess excellent refractoriness and chemical stability. They withstand continuous high-temperature environments and offer outstanding corrosion resistance, ensuring stable and long-term service performance in harsh working conditions.

Limitations

Under ultra-high temperature conditions beyond the tolerance range, slight softening or melting may occur. Therefore, the product is applicable only within a specific rated temperature range.

Application:

Alumina grinding media balls are primarily used for fine grinding of ceramic raw materials, glazes, coatings, zirconium silicate, alumina powder, quartz, silicon carbide, talc, calcium carbonate, kaolin, titanium materials and other mineral substances. They can also serve as auxiliary components for mechanical equipment.
