   PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Ceramic fiber blankets are also referred to as aluminum silicate fiber blankets. The product earns its name from alumina — its core constituent, which is also the primary raw material of porcelain. Combining outstanding fire resistance, thermal retention and thermal insulation properties, this blanket delivers comprehensive high-temperature protection.

Sunrise ceramic fiber blankets are manufactured via fully continuous double-sided needling production, with zero binders or extra additives incorporated. Our upgraded needling technology boosts fiber interlocking density and greatly improves the blanket’s anti-delamination capacity. Thanks to this specialized manufacturing process exclusive to Sunrise refractory producers, our blankets boast excellent tensile strength while retaining full flexibility.

 Application:

1.     Industrial construction: Linings for kilns, heating equipment and high-temperature pipelines

2.     Chemical industry: Wall linings of high-temperature reaction vessels and heating facilities

3.     Power sector: Thermal insulation for electric boilers, gas turbines and nuclear power stations

4.     Construction fire protection: Fire insulation layers for high-rise buildings

5.     Furnace accessories: Heat insulation for furnace doors and furnace tops

6.     Special materials: High-temperature filter media
