PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Sunrise ceramic fiber boards are produced primarily from high-purity aluminum silicate fibers. In production, raw materials are melted in furnaces at temperatures exceeding 2000°C, then blown into fine fibers with specialized equipment. These fibers are pressed and cured under integrated heat, pressure, and binders to form rigid ceramic fiber boards. This unique production technique yields lightweight yet robust panels. For this reason, Sunrise ceramic fiber boards are also known as aluminum silicate boards or calcium silicate cement boards.
Features of Sunrise Ceramic Fiber Board
1. Low thermal conductivity and low heat storage capacity
2. Excellent thermal stability and thermal shock resistance
3. High compressive strength and exceptional toughness
Application:
Metallurgical Industry
Ceramic fiber boards serve as thermal insulation linings for high-temperature smelting furnaces and heat treatment furnaces in metallurgy. They stabilize consistent working temperatures, boost production efficiency and cut energy loss.
Petroleum & Chemical Industry
Sunrise ceramic fiber boards act as thermal insulation materials for refinery installations and chemical reactors. Together with silica insulating bricks and other refractory insulators, they resist high heat and chemical erosion, guaranteeing steady, safe equipment operation.
Power Industry
Ceramic fiber boards provide thermal insulation for boilers, flues and gas turbines in power plants. They minimize heat dissipation, elevate energy utilization efficiency and prolong equipment service life.
