   PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Introduction

Mullite Castable is a high-performance monolithic refractory material mainly composed of mullite-based aggregates, refractory powders, and suitable bonding systems. It is designed for high-temperature applications requiring good strength, thermal stability, and resistance to erosion.

Mullite Castable can be used as a refractory lining material for various industrial furnaces and thermal equipment. Compared with traditional refractory bricks, it can form a continuous refractory structure with fewer joints and is suitable for complex structures, irregular furnace geometries, and repair applications.

With good high-temperature strength, low thermal expansion, thermal shock resistance, abrasion resistance, and resistance to flame erosion and chemical attack under suitable conditions, Mullite Castable provides reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.

Sunrise provides different grades of Mullite Castable according to furnace structure, operating temperature, service conditions, and specific application requirements.

Features
