PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Introduction:
Common magnesia‑chrome bricks are basic refractories produced from sintered magnesite and chrome ore. They feature a silicate‑bonded grain structure, high refractoriness, and excellent resistance to alkaline slag. Their primary applications include cement rotary kilns, steelmaking furnaces, and non‑ferrous smelting operations.
Features:
l High strength
l Corrosion resistance
l Erosion resistance
l Excellent slag resistance
l Good thermal shock stability
It is made with sintered magnesia and refractory level chrome ore as raw materials. The space between refractory grains is bonded with silicate. The domestic so-called Magnesia –Chrome bricks.
The refractoriness of magnesia chrome bricks is more than 2000℃, and the refractory under load is above 1550℃. Good steady volume in high temperature, the performance of meeting sudden cold and sudden hot are better than magnesia bricks.
Applications:
l Non-Ferrous Metallurgy Industry
l Cement Rotary Kiln
l Steel & Iron Industry
