   PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Introduction

Silica Brick for Hot Blast Stove is a professional acidic refractory brick specially designed for ultra-high temperature hot blast stove working conditions. It is produced with high-purity quartzite as the core raw material, with a silicon dioxide (SiO₂) content of ≥95%, through precise batching, high-pressure molding, professional drying and ultra-high-temperature sintering processes.

This product features outstanding high-temperature volume stability and exclusive high-temperature performance advantages. It is specially developed for high-temperature lining and heat storage structures of blast furnace hot blast stoves. Gradually replacing traditional clay bricks and ordinary high-alumina bricks in ultra-high wind temperature stoves, it achieves ultra-long service life and can steadily operate through one or even two complete blast furnace service cycles without overall overhaul, greatly reducing equipment maintenance and replacement costs.

Key Features

  • Outstanding High-Temperature Volume StabilityMaintains ultra-stable volume and structural state under long-term ultra-high temperature conditions, effectively preventing lining deformation, cracking and air leakage.

  • High Refractoriness Under LoadDelivers excellent high-temperature load-bearing capacity, resisting structural softening and collapse under high temperature and pressure.

  • Stable Thermal Shock Resistance Above 600℃Shows excellent thermal cycling stability in medium and high-temperature sections above 600℃, adapting to frequent temperature changes of hot blast stoves.

  • Superior Acid Corrosion ResistanceAs a high-quality acidic refractory material, it provides strong resistance against acidic flue gas and slag erosion in hot blast stove environments.

  • High Thermal Conductivity & Efficient Heat StorageBoasts excellent heat conduction and heat storage performance, improving heat exchange efficiency and overall operating efficiency of hot blast stoves.

Applications

Widely used for hot blast stove dome and top vault, upper combustion chamber, connecting flue, upper and middle zones of regenerator checker chamber, as well as the upper inner wall of hot blast stove body.
