   PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Introduction

Fused semi-rebonded magnesia-chrome brick is made of high-purity fused magnesia and high-quality chromite as raw materials. Adopting semi-fused rebonded production technology, it forms a tight direct-bonded grain structure. It combines the advantages of direct-bonded and full rebonded magnesia-chrome bricks, featuring ultra-high density, excellent slag resistance and high-temperature structural stability for ultra-harsh metallurgical working conditions.

Features

- Excellent slag & alkali corrosion resistance: Compact fused grain structure effectively resists penetration and erosion of alkaline slag, molten steel and corrosive furnace atmosphere.

- Ultra-low porosity & high density: Dense interior structure greatly reduces slag infiltration, improving overall lining durability.

- Stable high-temperature performance: Extremely low high-temperature creep and high load softening temperature, no deformation under long-term high-temperature load.

- Good thermal shock & structural stability: Optimized grain gradation balances strength and toughness, resisting cracking and spalling during frequent temperature alternation.

Application

Mainly used for ultra-high temperature metallurgical furnaces with severe slag erosion and long-service-life requirements.
