PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Introduction:
Chrome Oxide Brick is a high-performance refractory material formulated from a chromium oxide–alumina (Cr₂O₃–Al₂O₃) matrix. Renowned for its ultra-high melting point (over 2200°C), it offers formidable resistance to chemical slag penetration and possesses exceptional load-bearing capacity, making it ideal for the most demanding industrial applications.
Features:
l Strong resistance to glass liquid erosion
l Excellent thermal shock resistance
l Long service lifetime
Applications:
Chrome Oxide Bricks are widely used in stacks and upstakes of glass fiber furnace; severe corrosion areas for colored glass furnace; sidewalls, tank bottom and forehearths of thermal insulation fiber glass furnace; discharge hole of ceramic frit glaze kiln, metallurgic molten bath and rotary kiln; zinc oxide melting furnaces, garbage destructors. CC-15 can also be used as superstructures and burner blocks for insulating fiber glass furnaces. CC-30 has higher corrosion resistance than AZS blocks when used in sidewall. It can be installed without preheating.
