PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Introduction:
Dense Chrome Brick, produced by isostatic pressing, offers high resistance to molten glass erosion, excellent thermal shock resistance, and long service life. It is mainly used in severely eroded areas of fiberglass kilns, such as tank walls, throats, bottom pavings, near bubblers, doghouses, corners, forehearths, flow blocks, etc.

Applications:
Dense Chrome Brick is mainly used in severe corrosion and high thermal stress areas of reinforcing fiberglass furnace and E-glass furnaces, such as throat, sidewall of melting tank and clarifying basin, bottom paving especially around the bubbler, forehearth, doghouse, corner block, feeder channel, channel lop, bushing blocks and back-up blocks. It can be used in throat, dam and high wear areas in various types of glass furnaces such as clear soda-lime glass.
