PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Fire clay insulation bricks from Sunrise Company are made of high-quality clay and sintered at high temperatures. The use temperature of fireclay insulation bricks is not more than 1200℃, with high-efficiency insulation, can not be in direct contact with fire.
They have the advantages of high strength, good thermal shock stability, small change of reheating line, small thermal conductivity, etc.
Fire clay insulation bricks are widely used in various kiln linings and insulation layers in metallurgy, machinery, ceramics, chemical industry, etc., which is an ideal energy-saving refractory brick.
Application:
Featuring superior thermal insulation performance and outstanding volume stability, clay insulating bricks are widely adopted for industrial thermal insulation management. They effectively reduce heat loss and cut overall energy consumption, while imposing minimal load on furnace structures. Primarily serving as non-load-bearing backup insulation linings for high-temperature equipment, these bricks optimize thermal efficiency and protect external steel shells across diverse industrial scenarios, as listed below:
Steel & Metallurgy Industry
Applicable for hot blast stoves, reheating furnaces, annealing furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, coke ovens and industrial flue ducts.
Petrochemical Industry
Ideal for cracking furnaces, reforming furnaces, industrial boilers and primary process heating furnaces.
Ceramic Industry
Suitable for high-temperature firing equipment including roller kilns, tunnel kilns and shuttle kilns.
Cement & Building Materials Industry
Used as backup insulation layers for rotary kilns, lime kilns and kiln cooling zones.
Glass Industry
Commonly applied to glass melting furnaces (regenerator walls and bottom insulation) and glass annealing lehrs.
