PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
High strength fireclay insulation bricks use high-grade hollow ball and clay as the main raw materials, made by high-temperature sintering. High-strength fire clay insulating bricks offer high strength, low thermal conductivity, good thermal shock stability, and minimal reheating shrinkage, making them suitable for use below 1350 °C as furnace insulation and lining materials. High-strength fire clay insulation bricks are widely used in kiln linings and insulation layers in the metallurgy, machinery, ceramics, and chemical industries. They are ideal energy-saving products.
Traditional dense refractory bricks have high density but almost no insulation effect; traditional lightweight insulation materials have good insulation effect but low strength.
Sunrise High Strength Insulation Brick combines the high strength of dense refractories with the low thermal conductivity of lightweight insulation materials. This product is suitable for insulating the inner walls of high-temperature kilns. It can be used directly in the kiln lining process to replace traditional refractory products, achieving long-term energy savings and significant economic benefits.
Applications:
High Strength Insulation Brick serves as premium thermal insulation lining for high-temperature kiln inner walls. It can be directly applied as kiln lining to substitute conventional refractory materials, delivering sustained energy conservation and remarkable economic gains.
Typical service scenarios cover rotary kilns, steel ladles, roller hearth kilns, glass melting furnaces, electrolytic aluminum production lines, industrial boilers, hot air ducts and other high-temperature thermal equipment.
