PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Introduction
Blast furnace amorphous (unshaped) refractory materials are integrated monolithic refractory systems without fixed brick shapes. This series mainly includes blast furnace castables, ramming mixes, gunning materials and refractory plastics. Compound refractory aggregates, powders, inorganic binders and functional additives are adopted to form integral furnace linings via on-site pouring, ramming or spraying. Compared with shaped bricks, these materials eliminate segmented joints, deliver better overall structural integrity, and are specially developed for high-temperature, slag-erosive and thermally fluctuating blast furnace working conditions.
