Product Introduction

Dry quenching mullite brick is a special high-performance mullite refractory developed for dry coke quenching furnaces. It is made of high-purity mullite and bauxite then sintered at high temperature. With stable mullite crystal phase, low creep and excellent thermal shock resistance, it is professionally customized for frequent rapid cooling and heating, strong airflow scouring and harsh abrasion working conditions of CDQ furnaces.

- Low high-temperature creep: Maintains stable structural size under long-term high temperature and load, no deformation or loose masonry.

Application

Mainly applied for dry coke quenching furnaces and coking equipment with severe thermal shock, particle abrasion and airflow scouring. Special lining for pre-chamber, cooling zone, furnace wall and ascending pipe in - CDQ Furnace
