PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Introduction

Direct binding magnesium-chromium brick is made of high-purity magnesia and chromite ore. It is sintered at ultra-high temperature to form direct combination between periclase and chromite grains without low-melting binding phase. Featuring excellent slag resistance and high-temperature structural stability, it is widely used in harsh high-temperature metallurgical furnaces.

Excellent slag corrosion resistance: Directly bonded crystal structure effectively resists penetration and erosion of alkaline slag and molten steel.

Superior high-temperature performance: High refractoriness under load, low high-temperature creep, no softening or deformation under long-term high load.

Good thermal shock stability: Reasonable grain structure relieves thermal stress, reduces cracking and peeling during temperature alternation.

Strong structural strength: Dense and uniform texture provides outstanding abrasion and scouring resistance.

Mainly used for high-temperature metallurgical furnaces with severe alkaline slag erosion and high-load working conditions.

AOD furnace, VOD furnace, refining furnace and high-temperature furnace lining.
