PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Introduction
Multi-compound spinel brick is produced with high-purity synthetic raw materials through high-pressure forming and ultra-high temperature sintering.
Magnesia-Alumina Spinel Bricks is a kind of alkaline refractory product with perriclase as main phase magnesia alumina spinel clinker as basic material .The added spinel creates micro-cracks that interrupt crack propagation, resulting in outstanding thermal shock resistance.
Magnesia ferrum spinel brick and synthetic magnesia ferrum alumina spinel brick are made of high purified magnesia clinker and ferrum alumina spinel clinker at strictly controlled temperature and sintered atmosphere, which enables the product to have good flexibility and temperature vibration. The performances of attaching kiln wall and corrosion resistance are better good quality magnesia chrome brick. The product for lining of large dry cement rotary kilns.
Features
- Excellent slag and alkali corrosion resistance: Unique spinel composite structure effectively resists penetration and erosion of molten steel slag and alkaline furnace atmosphere.
- Superior thermal shock resistance: Multi-phase crystal coordination buffers thermal stress, preventing cracking and spalling under frequent cold and hot alternation.
- High structural stability: Low high-temperature creep, stable volume and no deformation under long-term high-temperature load
Application:
It is mostly used in non-ferrous smelting furnace, transition zone of cement kiln, high temperature zone of lime kiln, glass regenerative chamber, furnace roof of reverberatory furnace, etc.
